As the Monetisation Product Manager at Wooclap, your objective will be to drive revenue growth by optimising pricing models, improving upgrade flows from freemium to paid plans, and ensure account expansion across all customer segments. You will develop scalable monetisation strategies that align with Wooclap's Product-Led Growth approach, ensuring a balance between user experience and revenue generation.

Responsibilities

  • Work closely with Data and Analytics teams to define and track key monetisation metrics, such as ARPU (Average Revenue Per User), LTV (Lifetime Value), and conversion rates, using these insights to inform product decisions.
  • Partner with the Growth Marketing Lead and the User engagement Product Manager to align acquisition, activation, and monetisation strategies, ensuring a smooth user experience throughout the upgrade journey.
  • Lead cross-functional initiatives to create and enhance upsell opportunities within existing accounts, driving expansion through self-serve and B2B channels.
  • Partner with Sales and Customer Success teams to support revenue growth within existing accounts, ensuring the product drives scalable revenue growth on the BtB channel, with minimum support from Sales and CSM.
  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to stay ahead of industry trends and refine Wooclap’s monetisation approach, ensuring it remains competitive and innovative.
  • Contribute to the overall product roadmap, ensuring that monetisation initiatives are well-integrated into Wooclap’s long-term product strategy.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in Product Management, with a focus on monetisation, pricing strategies, and driving revenue growth within a Product-led SaaS environment.
