What You'll do:

• Collaborate in user-centric designs, considering the needs and preferences of our diverse user base to enhance user satisfaction and engagement
• Create interactive prototypes, wireframes, and mockups to effectively communicate and iterate on design concepts with internal teams and key stakeholders
• Contribute to mobile and cross-device usability in the apps, web and online communication/content
• Contribute to our digital presence (social media, email, newsletters) and visual guidelines in our Design System to ensure brand consistency and alignment
• Work closely with the dev team from ideation to deployment
• Identify opportunities to simplify, streamline, or elevate key workflows within the apps.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to inspire and inform your work.
• Provide clear documentation and design assets to support smooth implementation by the development team.
  
  
  

What You Are:

• 3-5 years' experience as a UI/UX Designer or similar role
• Understanding of user-centred design principles and usability best practices
• Proficiency in design and prototyping tools such as Figma, Adobe Creative Suite (mostly illustrator and photoshop), etc.
• Experience in working with mobile apps is preferred
• Very strong sense autonomy in problem-solving, initial sketches and proactivity
• Excellent team spirit, communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams
• BSc in Design, Computer Science or relevant field
