Responsibilities:

  • Deliver high-quality customer support via live chat and email channels.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the Crypto or credit card services and the broader financial market landscape.
  • Efficiently manage and resolve customer inquiries and complaints, providing timely follow-up.
  • Understand customer needs and relay valuable feedback to management.
  • Actively identify and implement strategies to enhance team productivity and service quality.


Requirements:

  • Diploma or above in any field.
  • Relevant customer service experience (preferably in live chat).
  • Prior experience in the financial services industry is preferred.
  • Professional in oral and written communication in English, familiarity with Arabic, French, Spanish, and Portuguese will be preferred.
  • Strong inclination towards the technology sector with a focus on personal and career development.
  • Team player who is committed, self-driven, and responsive to client requests.
  • Willingness to perform 5-day shift work, including weekends and public holidays.
  • Immediately available is preferred.
