We’re looking for Sales Manager, who is a sales professional experienced in cybersecurity, tech and consultative sales. You know how to make complex topics sound simple, uncover the real “customer pain”, and stay focused on what truly matters – building strong, lasting client relationships.

Your role in action

  • Identify and engage with new clients across industries that need cybersecurity and AI- powered software development solutions
  • Promote and sell our core services:
    • Security Consulting services (audits, ISO 27001, NIS2, etc)
    • Security Trainings and Attack Simulation
    • Penetration Testing
    • Software solutions using AI agents and smart AI-driven solutions
  • Build and maintain a healthy pipeline through proactive outreach (email, calls, social media)
  • Lead discovery meetings, understand client needs, and offer tailored proposals
  • Collaborate with technical teams to develop proposals and pricing
  • Own the full sales cycle from first contact to contract signing
  • Represent Net Group at online and in-person events, webinars, and conferences
  • Continuously improve sales materials in close feedback loops with marketing

You’re a great fit if you have

  • Proven B2B sales experience, ideally in the tech or cybersecurity space
  • Understanding of cybersecurity and the ability to quickly grasp technical concepts
  • Experience in selling services such as consulting, training, or audits (would be a benefit)
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills in both German and English
  • A self-driven, structured approach yet independent working style
  • A goal-oriented mindset with a strong track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
  • Confidence in working with OKRs
