About Us

We’re an early-stage startup building a native AI platform for corporate text workshops. Our mission is to revolutionize how teams create complex documents - from light tenders to strategic proposals, through structured collaboration and AI enablement.

The role

We're looking for a hands-on CTO to join as a founding team member. You’ll lead product development, define our technical direction, and build a premium AI-first platform from scratch.

You’ll work directly with the founder, users, and early hires to ship a product that solves real-world problems with speed and precision.

What you’ll do

• Build and scale the core platform from MVP to full product
• Design and maintain a modern, AI-native architecture
• Ensure high product quality, speed, and usability
• Collaborate closely with early users to iterate quickly
• Own the technical roadmap, infrastructure, and security
• Hire and mentor the first engineers as the team grows

What you bring

• Full-stack development skills (React, Next.js, Python, etc.)
• Experience building or integrating AI-driven tools
• Strong product sense and attention to detail
• Startup mentality (fast, adaptable, hands-on)
• Clear communication and leadership ability
• Prior experience in early-stage tech is a plus

Compensation & Timing

• This is an equity-first role
• Little or no salary initially, until funding (working on it)
• Early team members will receive significant ownership
