Junior HR Administrator

Location: Brasov, hybrid (2 days onsite/ week)

We are looking for a Junior HR Administrator to join our team at VASS Eastern Europe. This is a full-time role under an employment contract, with responsibilities supporting recruitment activities across the entire VASS group.

As a Junior HR Administrator, your main focus will be sourcing and identifying CVs that match various internal requests coming from the group. You will actively support our talent acquisition efforts and work closely with internal stakeholders to ensure hiring needs are met efficiently.

Key responsibilities:

• Source and identify potential candidates for various open positions across the group

• Manage job postings and track applications

• Screen CVs and assist in the first stages of the recruitment process

• Work with hiring managers to understand role requirements

• Maintain and update candidate databases

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management

• Some previous experience in recruitment or HR is preferred

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Well-organized and able to handle multiple requests at once

• Fluent English is required (spoken and written); any additional language is a plus

• A proactive attitude and willingness to learn
