About the role

We are looking for a seasoned Marketing Project Manager to lead high-impact marketing initiatives. This includes overseeing website redesigns, managing content strategy, launching partner programs, and creating marketing collateral. The ideal candidate will possess strong project management experience and a deep understanding of marketing workflows.

Responsibilities

• Lead the redesign and content refresh of the client’s marketing website in collaboration with engineering and design teams.
• Coordinate content updates, removals, and approvals through internal tools.
• Manage the rollout of the first partner-tier program including promotions and lead qualification.
• Oversee the development and maintenance of a partner portal and directory.
• Drive partner directory data collection and ensure profile completion.
• Draft and manage the creation of one-pagers, slide decks, email templates, and press releases.
• Liaise with design to finalize and publish branded marketing assets.
• Act as the primary point of contact for marketing, design, technical writing, and external partners.
• Facilitate project kick-offs and status meetings, document actions and next steps.
• Anticipate and proactively drive tasks to completion without constant direction.
• Document workflows and create clear handoff materials for future hires or contractors.

Must have skills

• 7+ years of experience in Project Management
• 3+ years managing B2B tech or digital marketing projects at medium-to-large tech companies.
• Hands-on familiarity with marketing deliverables such as press releases, webinars, and email campaigns.
• Fluent in stakeholder alignment, status reporting and executive communication
• Proven initiative and independent problem-solving abilities.
• Experience using GitHub and familiarity with developer-centric workflows.

Nice to have skills

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
• Experience with partner or channel marketing programs.
• Familiarity with MarTech tools (e.g., Marketo, Eloqua) or CMS platforms.
• Understanding of developer communities or B2B tech marketing.

Conditions

• 100% Remote (timezone: UTC-7) You will need to overlap at least 6 hours with this timezone.
• Contractor role: 12-month contract, renewable.
• Full-time dedication (40 hours/week).
• BYOD (bring your own device)
