To develop our consulting offer and support one of our clients, we are looking for a Materials and Process Engineer


Missions


  • Qualify surface treatments of metallic alloys and manufacturing processes (welding, heat treatment, cleaning, etc.).
  • Lead technical qualification projects from product selection to final implementation, in collaboration with the Certification and Project Management BUs.
  • Develop Qualification Test Plans and Reports.
  • Create and revise Process Specifications.
  • Support audit teams as a technical expert in your area of expertise.


Profile


  • Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering, Materials Engineering, or Materials Science.
  • +3 years of experience in material and process engineering.
  • Expertise in surface treatments for metallic alloys and related manufacturing processes (aviation industry experience preferred).
  • Skilled in developing test plans for manufacturing process qualifications.
  • Experience in managing material testing campaigns.
  • Knowledge of relevant test standards.
  • Solid understanding of corrosion and methods for corrosion prevention.
  • Ability to collect, organize, analyze, and synthesize data to draw conclusions and make recommendations.
