What We’re Looking For

We’re looking for a problem-solver and game thinker—someone who not only codes but also understands game logic, architecture, and real-world use cases. You’ll be building highly interactive gaming experiences and need to bring both creativity and performance optimization to the table.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and deploy 2D/3D games in Unity (C#)
• Think through the game architecture, performance strategy, and scalability from the ground up
• Translate high-level game ideas and user journeys into engaging gameplay
• Collaborate with designers, artists, and backend teams for seamless feature delivery
• Integrate SDKs for analytics, rewards, multiplayer, and ads
• Optimize performance for mobile platforms (Android/iOS)
• Conduct playtesting, debug issues, and implement fixes quickly
• Stay ahead of gaming trends and bring fresh ideas to the table
  
  

Must-Have Skills

• 3+ years of Unity development experience
• Proficiency in C# and Unity engine (2D/3D, animations, asset pipelines)
• Ability to understand game use-cases and build efficient system architecture
• Solid grasp of game loops, physics, UI systems, and mobile optimization
• Strong debugging and problem-solving abilities
• Experience working with API integrations, analytics, multiplayer (Photon/PlayFab)
• Bonus: Prior experience in building reward-based or gamification platforms
• Bonus: Passion for sports, gaming communities, or live-stream-based platforms
