Job Summary

Responsible for repairs of Laptops, Desktops of brands like HP, Lenovo, ASUS, Dell, ACER, HONOR, HUAWEI etc.

Job Description

  • Responsible for repairing In Warranty and Out Warranty Laptops, Desktops and Mobiles
  • Should achieve the daily productivity targets
  • Should deliver the KPI as per brand requirements.
  • Should handle customers who walk into the service centers with technical queries.
  • Update brand systems daily.
  • Maintain NPS of service center with good quality work and customer interaction.

Requirements

Qualitative Requirements

Experience(Yrs.& Field) 3-4 years’ experience in repairing of any of the above brands at Authorized Service Center.

Educational Qualification Diploma/ ITI in Electronics
