Senior ITSM Administrator

Location: Zurich

Languages: Fluent in German and English

Responsibilities:

• Supporting the implementation of a new ITSM solution
• Managing and automating ITSM processes (Incident, Change, Service Request, Configuration Management)
• Maintaining and further developing the CMDB while ensuring data quality
• Optimizing and automating processes and interfaces

Profile:

• At least 5 years of experience with ITSM tools (e.g., ServiceNow, Jira, Ivanti, BMC Remedy)
• Strong knowledge of IT Asset and Configuration Management
• Experience in scripting (PowerShell, SQL; C# is a plus) as well as API integration
• Familiarity with ITIL and DevOps methodologies
• Fluent in German and English
• Team-oriented with a positive and proactive working style
