ICT Infrastructure Specialist

The figure will be responsible for administering, supporting, and developing the company's IT infrastructure. The Infrastructure Specialist will be responsible for the management and maintenance of servers, cloud environments, security systems, and data storage.

Main Activities and Responsibilities

• Administration and maintenance of the E-mail infrastructure (Microsoft Exchange 2019 – Exchange Online) and the hypervisor infrastructure (Hyper-v)
• Physical server installation – managing the entire process, from mounting on the server rack to the hand over to the application team
• Deploy, configure, and maintain systems on the public cloud solution (AWS, Azure)
• Administration of the following Cybersecurity solutions: Secure Web Gateway (Netskope), Secure Email Gateway (Proofpoint), Endpoint Protection Platform – Endpoint Detection and Response (Crowdstrike)and the administration and maintenance of the storage systems NAS/SAN (DellEMC-NetApp)
• Work closely with the backup provider to ensure that backups are performed regularly and that all best practices defined by the vendor are implemented (Commvault)
• Work closely with the SOC team to respond to the security events and remediate the system vulnerabilities

Required Skills

• Familiarity with automation tools such as PowerShell, Ansible, or similar.
• Office365\EntraID: Manage licensing, identity, and policies through Entra ID. Administer AD Connect for directory synchronization. Experience in administering Microsoft 365 admin center, including Teams, OneDrive, SharePoint Online, and Exchange Online.
• Microsoft Intune: Administer and manage Microsoft Intune for PC Client, mobile device and software and patch distribution.
• Public Cloud provider: Proven experience in managing and administering cloud services on at least one of the following platforms: Microsoft Azure or Amazon Web Services (AWS)
• Windows Server Roles: Active Directory Domain Services\Certificate Services - DNS Server - DHCP Server - Hyper-v - File Server - Remote Desktop Services – ADFS
• Basic networking experience and understanding of LAN switching and VLANs.
• Good spoken and written English language skills
• The ability to travel domestically/internationally as required
