Project Data Manager

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage end-to-end delivery of AWS-based data ingestion and transformation projects
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Data Engineers, Architects, and Business Analysts
• Act as Scrum Master and drive Agile ceremonies (Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Planning, Reviews, Retrospectives)
• Maintain strong stakeholder engagement and communication across all levels
• Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with business objectives
• Monitor risks, manage dependencies, and resolve issues effectively
• Prepare and present project reports, timelines, and status updates to senior leadership

Mandatory Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Data Project Manager
• Hands-on experience delivering AWS-based data ingestion projects
• Banking domain experience is a must
• Certified in Scrum Master, SAFe, or PMP
• Strong understanding of data ecosystems and delivery lifecycles
• Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills

Desirable Skills:

• Knowledge of data warehousing, data lakes, and ETL processes
• Familiarity with tools such as JIRA, Confluence, and AWS cloud services
• Exposure to regulatory or compliance-related data initiatives in banking
