React Native & Next.js Developer (Contract/Project-based)

The React Native & Next.js Developer is responsible for building and maintaining high-performance mobile and web applications, ensuring responsive design and seamless user experience across platforms. This project-based role involves close collaboration with designers, product managers, and backend teams to deliver scalable and efficient solutions.

Key tasks include implementing UI components, managing application states, integrating APIs, optimizing performance, and maintaining clean, well-documented code. The role also includes managing the full deployment cycle—publishing mobile apps on the Play Store and App Store, and deploying web applications to cloud hosting platforms, ensuring uptime, scalability, and security.

Proficiency in React Native, Next.js, modern JavaScript (ES6+), RESTful APIs, app store submission processes, and cloud hosting is required, along with strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work effectively in collaborative, fast-paced environments.

·        React Native Development: Develop and maintain cross-platform mobile applications (iOS & Android) using React Native.

·        Next.js Development: Build modern, scalable, and SEO-friendly web applications using Next.js.

·        Backend Integration: Integrate both mobile and web platforms with backend systems and services. (Further details about ERP integration will be discussed during the interview.)

·        Collaboration: Work closely with backend developers, UI designers, and other team members to ensure smooth workflows and high-quality deliverables.

·        Code Quality: Write clean, maintainable, and reusable code, and ensure thorough testing of applications.

·        Bug Fixing and Optimization: Troubleshoot and resolve issues, and optimize the performance of applications.

·        Deployment: Deploy mobile apps to Google Play and App Store, and deploy web apps to cloud platforms.

·        Agile Development: Participate in daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives as part of an agile development team.

Must-Have Qualifications:

·        2+ years of hands-on experience in React Native for mobile application development.

·        2+ years of professional experience in Next.js (or React + SSR frameworks).

·        Strong proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+) and TypeScript.

·        Hands-on experience with RESTful APIs for integrating with backend systems.

·        Strong understanding of state management libraries such as Redux or Context API.

·        Familiarity with version control tools like Git and experience with CI/CD pipelines.

·        Experience with mobile app deployment to Google Play and Apple App Store.

·        Understanding of UI/UX design principles and ability to implement responsive designs.

·        Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

Preferred Qualifications:

·        Experience with backend systems and integration Familiarity with cloud services like Firebase, AWS, Netlify, or Vercel.

·        Familiarity with Docker for containerized environments.

·        Knowledge of mobile app optimization techniques for performance and battery life.

·        Familiarity with TypeScript in a React environment.
