Your Opportunity:

The E-commerce & Omnichannel Data Analyst will join the Data Analytics Team, reporting into the Global Ecommerce & Omnichannel Data Science & Business Analytics Manager.

This role is crucial in supporting the business through in-depth and insightful data analysis, generating reports and recommendations for top management and the E-commerce & Omnichannel team.


Your Contribution:

  • Analyze digital and omnichannel business and digital marketing performance, creating reports and dashboards to share results with a wide range of stakeholders.
  • Monitor web analytics and KPIs related to the e-Commerce channel to track performance, generate valuable insights, and identify areas for improvement.
  • Collaborate with multiple teams (Merchandising, Media, CRM, Regional teams) to consolidate findings, provide actionable insights, and drive data-informed decisions.
  • Manage and organize work, including collaboration with the digital agencies on the data visualization platforms.
  • Analyze key business KPIs using Versace's analytics tools (GA4, Adobe Analytics, OBIEE, etc.).
  • Proactively identify business challenges, develop data-driven solutions, and communicate recommendations effectively.
  • Leverage data analysis skills to identify trends, patterns, and anomalies that can inform business strategy and improve performance.
  • Build and maintain data models and datasets to support reporting and analysis needs.
  • Analyze large datasets using SQL and similar languages to derive actionable insights and build insightful dashboards and reports.


Your Skills:

  • 2+ years of experience in a similar role within the Fashion & Luxury industry or at a major consulting firm, demonstrating a strong understanding of the business and its unique challenges.
  • Demonstrated experience working with data as a Data Analyst, including data manipulation, cleaning, analysis, and visualization.
  • Passion for the fashion and luxury world.
  • University degree in Business, Management, Digital Marketing, Data Science, or a related field.
  • Data-oriented mindset with advanced Excel and BI skills. Exceptional analytical skills, accuracy, and attention to detail are essential.
  • Proficiency in data visualization tools (e.g., Domo, Looker Studio, Power BI, Tableau or similar).
  • Strong understanding of statistical concepts and methods
  • Experience with SQL.
  • Excellent written and spoken English (will be tested during the interview process).
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a proactive approach and the ability to thrive in Versace's diverse and multicultural team.
  • Team player, highly organized, and flexible, with the ability to adapt to a fast-paced, ever-changing environment.
