We are seeking a highly skilled AI Test Automation Engineer to join our team, focused on developing a cutting-edge AI-driven tool that leverages Generative AI, Big Data, and Machine Learning. This system will serve as a central knowledge base for the organization, enabling advanced data analysis, process automation, and AI-powered decision-making.
The solution will be built from scratch using modern technologies, ensuring scalability, efficiency, and seamless integration within the organization.

The solution will be built from scratch using modern technologies, ensuring scalability, efficiency, and seamless integration within the organization.
Your tasks
- Liaising with subject matter experts/Product Owners externally and internally
- Analyzing business requirements and proposing interpretations with functional and non-functional requirements (documented in Jira, Confluence, Sharepoint, etc.)
- Validating IT requirement description quality and test cases against requirements and document test results according to the customer’s Testing and Quality Standards
- Automating the process of creating and adding new tests to the solution, amending tests, executing them, visualizing test results, and presenting analyses
- Writing clear and comprehensive test documentation
- Checking bug reports against requirements
- Expertise in relational and/or non-relational database technologies
- Knowledge of Big Data technologies, particularly working with large datasets, processing, and parallelization (Snowflake, AWS, Hadoop)
- Minimum 3 years of Python development experience, including libraries for AI solutions
- Hands-on experience in Cucumber/Gherkin to drive BDD-based software development
- Familiarity with API Testing using Postman, Swagger
- Knowledge of generative AI (GenAI) technologies and tools, including multimodal setup, prompt engineering, and Natural Language Processing (LLMs)
- Hands-on experience with Robot Framework for Test Automation
- Experience in CI/CD integration for automated testing workflows
