Senior Project Manager

We are looking for a Senior Project Manager to work on a hybrid basis in North Holland (Haarlem)

Scope of Work:

• Project brief
• Project plan
• Control the given budget and define deviation of the budget by means of change request.
• Completing all aspects of the project.
• Providing quality work.
• Completing work according to the planning.
• Securing the right resources.
• Project closure

Monthly CCB Governance:

• Attend CCB meeting and prepare the meetings with relevant information:
• Support with offers by providing estimated service pricing for deliveries
• Support with invoicing (providing acceptance forms and configuration units)
• Opportunity Management: upsell, change requests, discuss new opportunities with customer.
• Contract Claims, Penalties & Change Management
• Risk Management à providing and maintaining risk log
• Reporting: provide monthly report with high- and lowlight status, issues, risks and financial status

Consultancy and Project Governance Services:

• Provide agile responsive support on PBM requests, Internal and Customer escalations, identifying and managing risks inherent on any programme/project issue, providing guidance on how to react.
• Pre-Sales Contract reviews on major projects and complex deals when required.
• Support on order intake and bookings.
