DevOps Engineer (1 year fixed term)

Job Description

We are looking for a DevOps Engineer to join a cross-functional, international project team, working together to deliver software products used by pharmaceutical and biotech clients during the clinical trial process.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate and liaison with global teams across the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) to deliver software products and client services and to remove obstacles and blockers.
• Automate and scale development, networking, security, and operational infrastructure using code and DevOps tools.
• Support production hosting operations as needed.
• Optimize and improve existing workflows in a regulated and compliant environment.
• Use critical thinking skills to solve problems with a logical, process-oriented approach.
• Engages with the Development teams to assist them in their development process.
• Perform other related duties as required.
  
  

Job Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• Extensive knowledge of SDLC and its tooling.
• Extensive knowledge of Windows and Linux.
• Extensive knowledge of Kubernetes and containers.
• Extensive knowledge of AWS.
• Solid understanding of DevOps principles and best practices.
• Ability to automate DevOps operations with high complexity.
• Ability to troubleshoot DevOps issues with high complexity.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and learning capability.
• Excellent time management and organizational skills.
• Strong oral and written communication skills.
