The role

Responsibilities

As an AI / ML Sales Expert, you will work as part of a team of problem solvers, helping to address complex business issues from strategy to execution. Your main responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

• Co-designing and implementing AI/ML solutions in collaboration with clients from multiple industries, ensuring that the solutions meet the specific needs of each client
• Selecting, coaching, and supporting junior team members with a hands-on approach, providing continuous feedback for their skill development
• Analysing large volumes of data to identify patterns and insights that can be transformed into practical and innovative solutions.
  
  

Your profile

• BSc or MSc in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics or a related field
• Between 3 and 6 years of professional experience in Selling, developing and implementing ML models
• Track record in leading teams delivering Data/AI solutions
• Proficiency in Python and SQL
• Experience with ML/DL/Gen-AI libraries (e.g., scikit-learn, Keras, OpenAI)
• Interest in building a team, strategic planning and commercial initiatives
• Fluent in both written and spoken English and Portuguese.
