About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Senior Graphic Designer with strong copywriting skills to join our dynamic design, construction, and real estate group. In this pivotal role, you will develop visually striking, strategically aligned, and verbally persuasive content that strengthens our brand presence across projects, properties, marketing campaigns, and corporate communications. Your work will shape how we present our spaces, tell our story, and connect with clients, partners, and communities.
Key Responsibilities
- Design high-quality marketing materials, including property brochures, project presentations, pitch decks, construction hoardings, signage, advertisements, social media content, and websites.
- Craft clear, compelling copy for campaigns, listings, corporate communications, proposals, and project case studies.
- Translate architectural, construction, and real estate concepts into engaging visual narratives and succinct messaging.
- Lead creative ideation sessions and drive the development of cohesive visual and verbal storytelling for brand and project initiatives.
- Collaborate closely with marketing, sales, architecture, and project management teams to understand project nuances and client needs.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery of creative assets aligned with business goals.
- Maintain and evolve brand guidelines to ensure consistency across all channels while adapting creatively for specific projects or audiences.
- Provide mentorship and creative direction to junior designers and external creative vendors as needed.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Communications, Marketing, or related field.
- 5+ years of graphic design experience, ideally within real estate, architecture, construction, or a design-focused environment.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating excellence in design and examples of professional copywriting work.
- Mastery of Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator) and design collaboration tools like Figma or similar.
- Outstanding typography, layout, brand storytelling, and visual composition skills.
- Proficiency in writing for diverse mediums: digital, print, project marketing, and corporate communications.
- Ability to quickly grasp complex technical or design concepts and translate them into simple, effective visuals and language.
- Excellent project management and organizational skills.
- Strategic, detail-oriented, and highly collaborative mindset.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in real estate marketing, construction communications, or architectural branding.
- Knowledge of real estate CRM platforms and digital marketing tools.
- Basic video editing or animation (After Effects, Premiere Pro) skills are a plus.
- SEO-friendly copywriting experience is an added advantage.
