Project Engineering Manager

As Project Engineering Manager, you will be the main technical leader of an integrated project, overseeing the engineering teams across product families, handling daily technical management and ensuring the delivery and quality of documentation to the customer.

Key Accountabilities

• Lead the Technical Management Team in an integrated project and be part of the Project Management Team to deliver Kongsberg Maritime scope
• Responsible for coordination of technical execution in integrated projects. Work closely with the broader project team, securing approvals from customers, class authorities, and national bodies
• Uphold delivery schedule and quality of the Kongsberg Maritime delivery
• Plan and execute interface management to ensure specified System Functionality is achieved
  
  

Qualifications And Experience

• Relevant engineering education, from college or university
• Interest or experience in any of the following areas is advantageous:
• Project engineering management
• Systems engineering management
• Marine engineering
• Marine, control or process systems engineering
• Equipment design and development
  

This employment may require security clearance by the Norwegian National Security Authority, clearance through Civil Aviation Authority or a background check.
