About The Role

As a Product Manager at Froda, you will own a dedicated product area and lead a cross-functional team focused on solving meaningful challenges for our customers and partners. Together, you will design and deliver solutions that make financing easier, faster, and more impactful for small businesses.

You will be joining Froda's Product organization at an exciting time. We are scaling and optimizing our existing products while rapidly expanding our partnerships business — opening new opportunities to reach small businesses across Europe through embedded and partner-led financing solutions.

To succeed in this role, you will combine strong communication and stakeholder management skills with analytical thinking and attention to detail. You will collaborate closely with teams across Froda, as well as with external partners, driving initiatives from idea to execution while balancing customer value, business impact, and technical feasibility.

In your role you will

• Grasp platform structure: Understand the platform’s architecture, capabilities, and limitations while staying engaged with the technical aspects.
• Support team collaboration: Build strong relationships, enhance team trust, and create a supportive environment where everyone feels heard.
• Communicate effectively: Engage with stakeholders, gather input, and keep all parties informed, especially during times of change.
• Drive results: Maintain focus on team OKRs and ensure your work delivers impactful results aligned with business goals.
  
  

Who You Are

• Master’s degree in Finance, Engineering, Industrial economics or a related field
• Fluency in Swedish and English (written & verbally)
• At least 5 years of experience as a Product Manager, Product Owner, Product Lead in a technologically innovative environment.
• A good technical understanding is a requirement and especially deep interest and experience in certain areas such as fintech, open banking or e-commerce.
• Leadership experience with proven strong team satisfaction
