We Are Currently Looking for a Data Architect!

Reason For Hiring

We have previously been a traditional IT consultancy, and we are now developing into a Digital Workforce Solutions company in Finland. We receive regular requests from our customers for a wide range of projects and currently have one for the position of Data Architect. Therefore, we are encouraging experienced IT professionals, who are located in Finland to apply!

Ideal Candidate Specification

Must Have:

5 or more years of professional experience. Some key skills include:

• Expertise in data architecture, data modeling, and database design (e.g., relational, NoSQL, data lakes).
• Strong hands-on experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) and cloud-native data services (e.g., BigQuery, Redshift, Synapse).
• Proficiency with ETL/ELT pipelines and tools (e.g., Informatica, Talend, dbt, Apache NiFi).
• Solid understanding of data warehousing concepts (e.g., Snowflake, Redshift, Synapse Analytics).
• Knowledge of big data technologies (e.g., Hadoop, Spark, Kafka).
• Experience with data governance, data quality, metadata management, and master data management (MDM) practices.
• Proficiency in SQL and one or more programming languages (e.g., Python, Java, Scala).
• Experience with API design and data integration between services.
• Familiarity with BI and analytics tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, Looker).
• Fluent Finnish speaker.

Bonus Points For:

Expertise in Microsoft Azure data services (preferred cloud), including:

• Azure SQL Database
• Azure Synapse Analytics
• Azure Data Factory
• Azure Data Lake Storage
• Azure Databricks (preferred)

Location:

Candidates are required to already be in Finland. Our customer's HQ is in Espoo, and they would love to see you every now and then!

Compensation

Basic Salary:

Salary can vary depending on the candidate's experience. However, Architects can expect a basic salary of from 6000€. They can potentially offer +6500€ p/m.
