We are looking for an experienced Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our HR team!

Our software already supports over 30 million patients and more than 1000 healthcare institutions in the UK, Germany, Spain, Greece, Finland, Slovenia, and others.

This is where you come in as our new Talent Acquisition Specialist. If you are empathetic, efficient, and passionate about talent acquisition, we will be more than happy to have you on our team!
What will be your typical to-do list?
Recruitment processes for Slovenia and international markets:
- Full-cycle recruitment experience, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding candidates.
- Experience in managing relationships with hiring managers to understand their hiring needs.
Sourcing and networking:
- Experience in using various sourcing techniques and collaborating with marketing to target quality candidates
- Experience in building and maintaining a talent pipeline for future hiring needs.
Candidate experience:
- Experience in engaging with candidates throughout the hiring process, providing a positive candidate experience.
- Conducting informational interviews and building relationships with potential candidates to maintain interest in the company.
Data analysis:
- Experience in utilising recruitment metrics and analytics to improve hiring processes and track recruitment effectiveness.
- Actively using our applicant tracking system.
Onboarding processes:
- Experience in developing and implementing effective onboarding programs that facilitate a smooth transition for new hires into the organisation.
Employer branding:
- Experience in promoting the company's employer brand to attract top talent through various marketing and communication strategies.
What skills and expertise do we expect from you?
- At least 3 years of experience in recruitment (IT sector experience is a plus).
- Organisation and coordination skills.
- The ability to drive HR processes across different teams.
- A sense of ownership, self-initiative, and persistence.
- Excellent verbal and written English and Slovene language.
- Empathy, great communication skills, and trustworthiness.
- Accuracy and a detail-oriented mindset.
- Growth mindset and a passion for HR.
