Job Title: HFT/Trading DevOps Lead (Dubai)

Location: Dubai preferred; open to UK and Dubai time zones for remote candidates

Overview: We are seeking an experienced HFT Trading Operations/DevOps Lead to build, optimize, and manage systems for a high growth HFT in Dubai. This firm has around 30 employees and accounts for 5-10% of global crypto volumes.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and oversee the HFT Operations/Infrastructure strategy.
  • Develop systems and best practices around availability, performance, latency, reliability, etc.
  • Collaborate directly with the Head of Engineering.
  • Lead a high-impact team

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in HFT operations and team management.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, globally distributed environment.
  • Looking for expertise with tools like Grafana, Prometheus, Ansible, etc.
