Your Role

As CTO, you’ll spearhead a secure, scalable blockchain ecosystem, leveraging your product expertise and zero-to-one experience. Key responsibilities include:

• Technology Vision: Develop a strategic roadmap that aligns with business goals, emphasizing scalability and security.
• Product Leadership: Shape the product vision, collaborating with teams to deliver intuitive, high-performance solutions from ideation to launch.
• Innovation from Scratch: Build pioneering blockchain features and protocols, turning bold ideas into reality.
• Team Mentorship: Inspire and grow a high-performing tech team, fostering a culture of creativity and excellence.
• Cross-Functional Alignment: Partner with product, marketing, legal, and business development to drive cohesive outcomes.
• Security Oversight: Implement robust protocols to safeguard user assets and data.
• Resource Strategy: Optimize technology budgets for maximum impact and efficiency.

Who We’re Seeking

We’re looking for a visionary leader with deep product expertise and a passion for building from zero to one.

• 5+ years in technology leadership, with 2+ years in blockchain or cryptocurrency.
• Proven Product Expertise: Extensive experience shaping user-centric products, from vision to execution, with a focus on exceptional user experiences.
• Zero-to-One Success: A track record of launching innovative, large-scale tech projects from concept to market.
• Deep knowledge of smart contracts, DeFi, and cryptographic protocols.
• Ability to lead and inspire diverse engineering teams with a servant-leadership approach.
• Adaptability to thrive in a fast-paced, rapidly evolving industry.
