PHP Developer (Medior/Senior)

We are hiring Medior as well as Senior PHP developers that live in the Netherlands.

As a PHP developer, you’ll focus on the backend of our applications. You’ll ensure heavy database queries run efficiently, contribute to improving our CI/CD process, and maintain strict quality standards for source code, both for yourself and your team. Testing is second nature to you.

This role gives you the opportunity to fully apply and develop your technical expertise, while working both independently and as part of a team on projects for De KoffieJongens, Factuurportal, and iBilly. You will not only write great code but also contribute to improving the way we work. We value knowledge-sharing, and you’ll have the opportunity to mentor and learn from others.

We’re looking for a colleague who, like us, always strives for the best solutions. Together with the team, you’ll translate client needs into high-quality software that delivers exactly what’s required. You thrive on complex challenges, work precisely, and always maintain a “better safe than sorry” mindset when it comes to testing.

These are the skills we’re looking for:

• ✅ Experience with Laravel framework
• ✅ Familiarity with Unit testing
• ✅ Understanding of SOLID principles
• ✅ Experience working with (REST) APIs
• ✅ Basic knowledge of Git, Composer, and Docker
