To develop our consulting offer and support one of our clients, we are looking for a Project Management Officer - Pharmaceutical sector


Missions


  • Manage the pharmaceutical project portfolio in collaboration with R&D, quality, production teams, and clients.
  • Implement and enhance project management methodologies (agile, waterfall, hybrid) tailored to the pharmaceutical sector’s requirements.
  • Monitor timelines, costs, resources, and risks for all strategic projects within the Pharmaceutical department.
  • Prepare and lead steering committees, providing regular reports to management.
  • Coordinate cross-functional activities between project managers, regulatory teams, sales departments, and technical partners.
  • Ensure regulatory and quality compliance of projects according to pharmaceutical industry standards (GMP, GCP, ISO 13485, FDA regulations, etc.).
  • Optimize project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Jira, Confluence, SAP, etc.) and propose continuous improvements.
  • Train and support project teams on best project management practices.
  • Participate in strategic project planning and contribute to the development of business cases.
  • Conduct technological and competitive market research in pharmaceutical innovations and applications.


Profile


  • Bachelor's degree in engineering.
  • +5 years of experience in pharmaceutical, biotechnological, or medical device projects.
  • Knowledge of quality standards such as GMP, ISO 13485, FDA regulations.
  • Certified in Project Management (PMP, IPMA, or equivalent).
  • Excellent project management skills.
