This role is for a large Asset Management firm. They are looking for a Java Developer to join their digital assets team in Dublin. This team is using the most advanced technology to build a platform that will be trading digital assets. This is a chance to join a reputable and multi-national company but a team that is still able to work like a startup giving you the best of both worlds.

Responsibilities

• You will be building large-scale distributed systems
• You will need to have great communication skills as you'll need to collaborate with various stakeholders
• You will work on a team that are building a platform to trade and store various digital assets including Bitcoin and other Cryptocurrency
• Discover and fix programming bugs

Key Skills

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Computer Science or related field
• Strong experience in Java, Spring boot and RESTful API's
• Cloud experience, particularly AWS is a big plus
• Experience working on the blockchain or with digital assets is a big plus
• SQL database or relational database skills
