Internal Recruiter (Senior Associate)

Job Description

As the Talent Acquisition Senior Associate your focus will be on providing best of breed Talent Acquisition solutions across a portfolio of capabilities.

Required Experience

• 5+ years recruitment experience with a 2+ years’ experience working internally within a consulting organisation.
• Experience managing end-to-end hiring across multiple Digital Transformation skillsets; Technology, Experience (UX/UI), Strategy (MC and Tech), Product Owners, Business Analysts, Agile program delivery and sales.
• Experience recruiting across all career levels up to Senior Director level.
• Strong ability to create and manage talent communities for future hiring demand.
• Excellent networking skills including attending events.
• Ability to provide a creative approach to sourcing
• Confidence providing market insights and reporting to Executive level clients within Publicis Sapient.
• Provide onboarding and integration support for new joiners within your portfolio
• Solid understanding of Supply & Demand and Utilisation

• Experience working in an internal recruitment role within the Consulting industry.
