Essentials

• 7 + yrs project-management / BA in IT (Agile, Jira)
• Bachelor’s in CS/Maths/Eng/Business or 7 + yrs extra experience
• Fluent English

Nice-to-haves

• Banking / finance-system background
• Stakeholder-management finesse

You’ll

• Lead change on Serapis, Iris & related lending systems
• Capture business rules, draft specs & test cases
• Steer UAT and resolve front-office issues
• Keep senior stakeholders aligned and informed
