Digital Marketing Manager

The Role:

We are seeking a results-driven Digital Marketing Manager to lead our international digital marketing team from our Helsinki office. You will be responsible for developing, implementing, tracking, and optimizing our digital marketing campaigns across all digital channels, managing key partner relationships, and supporting marketing team members. You will drive customer acquisition and increase engagement within our target markets (Finland, Sweden, Lithuania). This is a key role in driving the growth of our customer base for products like consumer loans, credit cards, and term deposits, and building a high-performing marketing team within a regulated neobank.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and develop the digital marketing team, setting clear objectives, providing regular feedback, and fostering a collaborative environment.
• Oversee and align the digital marketing budget and strategy with business goals, ensuring efficient allocation and tracking of spend.
• Open new and maintain existing relationships with key brokers, affiliates and partners to drive referrals and collaborative marketing efforts.
• Manage and optimize campaigns across various digital channels, including SEM (Google Ads), social media marketing (paid & organic) and display advertising
• Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., Sales, Product, Design, Compliance) and senior management to ensure brand consistency and effective campaign integration.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest digital marketing trends, technologies, and best practices, particularly within the fintech/financial services industry, and guide the team accordingly.
• Ensure all marketing activities comply with relevant financial regulations and responsible marketing standards.
• Report regularly on digital marketing performance metrics (KPIs) and team progress to senior management.

Required Qualifications:

• Proven work experience as a Digital Marketing Manager or similar role (ideally 3+ years)
• Demonstrable experience managing and creating SEM and/or display advertising campaigns.
• Experience in building and managing relationships with external partners, brokers and affiliates is highly desirable.
• Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and collaboration skills.
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
• Fluency in English; proficiency in Swedish and/or Finnish is a strong asset.
