SAP SuccessFactors Time Management Expert

Job Purpose: We are hiring a skilled SAP SuccessFactors Time Management Expert to lead the implementation, configuration, and support of Time Management modules. You will work closely with HR, IT, and project teams to ensure accurate, efficient, and compliant time tracking processes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead implementation of SuccessFactors Time Management modules (e.g., time-off, timesheets).
• Configure time rules, calendars, approval workflows, and integrations with HR systems.
• Customize settings to match organizational policies and ensure data accuracy.
• Develop reports and analytics to support time tracking.
• Provide system support, troubleshoot issues, and conduct user training.
• Recommend and implement process improvements for efficiency.
• Ensure compliance with local labor laws and advise clients on time-related regulations.

Key Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
• 8–10 years of hands-on experience with SuccessFactors Time Management.
• Strong understanding of time and attendance processes, laws, and configurations.
• Proficiency in SF configuration and reporting tools.
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and collaboration skills.
