Portfolio Consultant

Job Purpose: We are looking for a skilled Portfolio Consultant to lead and manage digital and business portfolios within the Subsurface & Wells (SS&W) domain. This role involves aligning business needs with IT strategies, improving application performance, and supporting data and digital transformation initiatives across petroleum engineering, reservoir engineering, field development, and technical data management.

Key Responsibility:

• Manage and optimize SS&W portfolios, tools, and digital systems.
• Lead business planning, feasibility assessments, and strategic roadmaps.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external vendors.
• Ensure successful deployment, adoption, and sustainability of solutions.
• Support application lifecycle, contract oversight, and portfolio KPIs.
• Promote best practices, data integrity, and digital innovation.

Key Requirements:

• 12+ years of professional experience, including 5+ in E&P portfolio management.
• Strong understanding of Upstream (Subsurface & Wells) functions.
• Knowledge of digital tools like Petrel, Techlog, OpenWorks, Recall, etc.
• Solid background in portfolio consulting, business analysis, and IT strategy.
• Strong communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
• Familiar with Agile/SCRUM, DevOps, and IM&T best practices.
