Information Technology – Core Banking Application Project Manager (On-site)

We are looking for a Project Manager to join our team and contribute to our client’s software development projects!

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related engineering field,
• Hands-on experience with end-to-end PIM and Steel Project Management methodologies,
• Minimum 7 years of experience as a project manager in banking/finance sector projects,
• Knowledge of products, processes, and integrations related to core banking applications,
• Experience and knowledge in digital banking,
• At least 7 years of practical experience in project management methodologies,
• Understanding of banking regulations and audit requirements,
• Strong coordination and communication skills to act as a bridge between business and technical teams,
• Well-developed team management and leadership skills; able to work goal- and result-oriented,
• Familiar with CCMI standards,
• PMP or PSM certification is preferred,
• Experience with project and demand management tools (e.g., Jira),
• Proactive, solution-oriented, and strong interpersonal communication skills,
• Good command of English.

Job Description:

• Responsible for end-to-end planning, management, and successful completion of core banking application projects,
• Effectively manage project scope, resources, timeline, and budget,
• Collaborate closely with business units, IT teams, and external service providers,
• Develop project management standards and procedures to ensure quality, efficiency, and sustainability,
• Plan and monitor post-go-live support processes,
• Evaluate and guide requests for improvements and new functionalities of core banking applications.
