We are seeking a talented Graphic Designer to join our creative team. In this role, you will develop and execute compelling visual content across digital and print platforms. You should have a strong grasp of design principles, branding, motion graphics, and marketing design, and be able to translate business goals into visually appealing and effective creative assets.

You will collaborate closely with marketing, branding, and content teams to deliver high-quality designs that align with our brand identity and engage our audiences. In This Position You Will

  • Develop and execute design concepts for digital and print media, ensuring all assets align with brand guidelines and business objectives
  • Produce visually engaging layouts, typography, and graphics for websites, social media, email campaigns, advertisements, brochures, flyers, and other marketing materials
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure brand cohesion in all communication materials
  • Create simple animations, video edits, and social media clips to enhance digital marketing campaigns
  • Design assets for various platforms, including websites, email newsletters, social media posts, banners, and printed collateral such as flyers, posters, brochures
  • Optimize designs for different mediums and ensure they are mobile-responsive and visually appealing
  • Work closely with marketing, branding, and content teams to understand project requirements, target audiences, and business goals
  • Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, ensuring deadlines are met without compromising on quality
  • Provide timely updates on project progress and adjust designs based on feedback or new requirements
  • Ensure the accuracy of designs by reviewing all final drafts for errors before delivering assets for production

We Expect That You Have

  • Design Proficiency: Strong command of layout, typography, color theory, and visual hierarchy. Able to create clean, effective, and on-brand designs across various platforms
  • Software Mastery: Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign). Experience with Figma and Adobe XD tools is a plus
  • Motion Graphics & Video Editing: Working knowledge of motion design and video editing tools like After Effects and Premiere Pro. You don’t need to be a motion graphics wizard, but you should be confident creating simple animations, video edits, or social media clips when needed
  • Branding: Capable of creating and working within brand guidelines and design systems. Able to maintain brand consistency across all assets
  • Digital & Print Experience: Skilled in designing for web, social media, email marketing, and print collateral (flyers, brochures, signage, etc.)
  • Creative Thinking: Brings fresh ideas and innovative solutions to the table while balancing business goals with visual appeal
