What You Will Do:

• Set and drive the SEO strategy while aligning efforts across teams and business units to create seamless collaboration and results 🎯
• Analyze and improve organic KPIs like traffic, keyword rankings, CTR, conversions and engagement – with a sharp eye for insights and impact 📈
• Optimize technical SEO health, empower content teams with actionable data, and explore opportunities in generative AI search and conversational intent 🛠
• Lead, support and empower a diverse team with empathy, vision and clarity – building a space where curiosity and ownership thrive 💬
• Harness AI-powered tools and automation to scale innovation, experiment boldly, and stay ahead of trends like Google AI Overviews and GPT-powered search 🤖

Preferred Background:

Experience:
You bring several years of experience in SEO – including leadership and cross-functional collaboration. We’re looking for someone who’s curious about how AI is reshaping the digital landscape and eager to experiment, learn, and share new insights.
Bonus points if you’ve tested how to rank in AI-generated answers or built automation scripts for SEO tasks!

Hard Skills

• Deep understanding of technical SEO and web analytics, including performance audits and structured data optimization 🔍
• Confident with tools like Google Search Console, Screaming Frog, Ahrefs, SEMrush – and AI-driven platforms such as Surfer SEO, Clearscope, MarketMuse, or Jasper 
• Skilled in content strategy with a strong sense for search intent, semantic relevance, and SEO-friendly storytelling 📚
• Foundational knowledge in Python, basic understanding of HTML & CSS 🗣️
• Comfortable working in agile environments with frameworks like Scrum or Kanban, and automating repetitive SEO tasks where possible 🌀
