Network Specialist

Network Engineer to manage and support networking and telecom infrastructure across multiple locations (Cleveland, Ohio). You'll work with switches, routers, firewalls, wireless systems, and help build out a Microsoft Azure cloud environment. This role also involves training internal staff, supporting multi-cloud solutions, and ensuring secure, high-performing network operations.

🔧 What You'll Do:

• Configure and maintain WANs, VPNs, firewalls, and wireless networks
• Support Azure cloud build-out and multi-cloud hosting
• Monitor and secure network performance across voice/data/video systems
• Document configurations and troubleshoot technical issues
• Collaborate with vendors and train internal team members
• Provide on-call support as needed

✅ What You Bring:

• 4+ years of experience with Cisco networks, VPNs, and firewalls
• Strong understanding of data/voice/video networking
• Experience with cloud (Azure preferred) and wireless systems
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
• Valid Ohio driver’s license and a clean driving record
