UI/UX Designer

We are seeking a talented and motivated UX/UI Designer to join our team, focusing on our service platforms. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating intuitive and engaging user experiences that align with our design system and group guidelines.

This role requires a blend of user interface design, user experience thinking and writing, market research, and a strong ability to collaborate with stakeholders.

Responsibilities:

• Design user interfaces that adhere to our design system and effectively enhance the user experience.
• Ensure adherence to group guidelines to maintain consistency across platforms.
• Create high-fidelity mockups and prototypes to effectively communicate design ideas.
• Develop user flows that are customer and agent centric.
• Write clear and simple copy to ensure our customers and agents find our platforms easy to understand and use.
• Conduct usability testing and iterate on designs based on user feedback.
• Conduct market research and user interviews to gather insights and inform design decisions.
• Analyze user behavior and feedback to identify pain points and opportunities for improvement.
• Demonstrate strong stakeholder management and interpersonal skills to work with internal teams and external vendors.
• Present designs, gather feedback, and refine solutions to meet user needs and business goals.
• Understand the ecosystem of customer and agent platforms to see how our service platforms fit into this ecosystem in terms of the customer journey.
• Stay up-to-date with UX/UI design trends and best practices.
• Continuously seek opportunities to improve the user experience and design processes.

Requirements:

• Strong interest in or willingness to learn about the insurance industry.
• 3+ years' experience in UI/UX design for digital products or services.
• Possess a portfolio of professional UI/UX design work for both web and mobile platforms.
• Proficiency in Figma and familiarity with other design tools and UX research platforms.
• Proven experience in UI design and UX writing.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Being a curious learner with the ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment.
• Being proactive in identifying ways to improve how we work as a team.
