12 months contract assignment with a possibility to extend or to go perm!

The Day-to-Day Activities:

• Design and write code in RxJava and/or Kotlin.
• Collaborate with mobile and backend engineers, designers, data scientists, and product managers to architect and implement features.
• Participate in code and design reviews to uphold high development standards.
• Brainstorm innovative ideas, identify problems, and propose scalable solutions.
• Take full ownership of projects to meet user and business requirements.
• Design, implement, and deploy high-performance, reusable Android components.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to resolve complex business and product needs.
• Participate in interview loops to help attract top industry talent.
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to peers.

The Must-Haves:

• 4+ years of professional software development experience, including at least 2 years in Android/IOS development.
• Strong understanding of algorithms and data structures.
• Experience owning end-to-end features and running large-scale applications.
• Familiarity with tools like crash analytics, remote debugging, and CI/CD.
• Excellent communication and analytical skills with proven design abilities.
• Highly accountable and takes ownership of work.
• Experience exploring generative AI technologies for efficiency.
