About the position

We are looking for a part-time HR student to support Mycronic’s HR function in Sweden. This is a great opportunity for someone who wants to gain hands-on experience in HR alongside their studies. The experience you gain will not only support your education but also be valuable for your future career.


You’ll be part of a friendly and supportive HR team where you’ll work independently, while also having the opportunity to check in with experienced colleagues. The role suits someone who values working in an innovative and international tech company at the forefront of its field.

As an HR student worker, you will primarily support with administrative and coordination tasks within the HR function. This includes handling employee-related documents such as employment contracts and other HR documentation, as well as assisting with internal HR processes.

You will also be involved in coordinating various employer branding activities, such as events, student fairs, and other initiatives aimed at strengthening Mycronic’s presence as an attractive employer.


An interest in how digital tools and emerging technologies like AI can help improve and streamline HR processes is valuable, as we are continuously looking for smarter and more efficient ways of working.


The position is part-time during the academic year, with the possibility to work full-time during the summer.


We are looking for someone who:

  • Is currently studying a degree in Human Resources or a related field, with at least 1 year remaining of their studies.
  • Has excellent communication skills in both English and Swedish, written and spoken
  • Is structured and detail-oriented, with a high sense of responsibility
  • Enjoys taking initiative and can work independently as well as in a team
  • Is service-minded and curious to learn more about how HR supports the business
  • Has an interest in digital tools and how technology can improve HR processes
  • Is comfortable handling confidential information in a professional and trustworthy way
