We are looking for a skilled and motivated

Full-stack Developer

to work in Ponsse Group Digital Services&IT Team

This role is fixed-term until summer 2027.

In this role, you will be responsible for building and maintaining scalable, high-performing websites and digital services using modern web technologies and content management systems (CMS). You will collaborate closely with communications, marketing, designers, backend developers, and content teams to deliver seamless digital experiences.

Your responsibilities will include designing, developing, and maintaining responsive web applications and dynamic websites. You will implement and customize CMS platforms, such as headless CMSs and eCommerce solutions, and optimize websites for speed, performance, SEO, and accessibility. In addition, you will build reusable components and libraries for future use, debug and troubleshoot application and CMS issues, and integrate third-party services while configuring marketing automation tools. You will also develop custom CMS components, themes, plugins, and modules when needed, and create seamless user journeys, landing pages, and sales funnels optimized for lead conversion.

What We Expect From You

• Proven experience in full-stack web development
• Solid understanding of user experience, performance, responsive design and e-commerce
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
• Problem-solving skills and a proactive, solution-oriented mindset
• Fluent English skills, both written and spoken
