Product Owner

We are looking for a Product Owner for our client, a logistics service provider with multiple locations across Europe. You will be responsible for the core platform that connects everything: our external customers on the front-end and all internal stakeholders and business units on the back-end. This platform is the beating heart of the organization – every operational, financial, and HR process runs through it.

What can you expect from this role?

• Own and manage the product backlog --- ensuring IT developments align with business needs.

• Collaborate with stakeholders across departments --- to gather requirements and define priorities.

• Drive integrations --- when new companies are acquired and added to the platform.

• Deliver continuous improvements --- to support operational excellence and customer experience.

• Play a key role --- in further professionalizing and scaling the IT department.

You will be working closely with the Dev team, Product Manager and CIO. Dutch is not mandatory, but a good command in English (both verbal and written) is important. Ideally you already have an experience as a Product Owner, but that is not a must. As long as you have experience in either business analysis, business proces management and/or project management.

It is important that you have some domain experience within the logistics industry or a related field. If not, a strong motivation to quickly immerse yourself in the sector will be essential.
