UI/UX Designer

Job Description:

We are seeking a talented and creative UI/UX Designer with expertise in Figma to join our team on a contract to hire basis. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing intuitive and visually appealing user interfaces and enhancing user experience for our digital products.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to gather and evaluate user requirements.
• Design and prototype user interfaces for web and mobile applications using Figma.
• Develop wireframes, user flows, and mockups to communicate design ideas effectively.
• Conduct user research and usability testing to gather feedback and iterate on designs.
• Ensure designs are consistent with brand guidelines and design standards.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest UI/UX trends, techniques, and technologies.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a UI/UX Designer with a strong portfolio showcasing your design skills.
• Proficiency in Figma for designing and prototyping.
• Solid understanding of user-centered design principles and best practices.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote or on-site environment.
