Scrum Master/Team Coach

In Swedbank you have the opportunity to:

• Be a part of a cross functional agile Team (containing software engineers, business analysts, product owner) in the Agile Release Train, working together to build and maintain high quality solutions;
• Foster an agile mindset and drive continuous improvement of common and scaled ways of working in accordance with best practices;
• Provide leadership, coaching and advice to cross-functional development teams with the ambition to create high performing teams and individuals;
• Inspect and adapt agile principles and practices in the team;
• Drive the cross functional team through development process and help the team to deliver on agreed objectives.
  
  
  

What is needed in this role:

• Relevant experience in agile leadership for at least a couple of years;
• Ability to coach, support and coordinate the development team, to make things happen;
• Demonstrated leadership and excellent communication (to both technical and non-technical audiences) skills;
• Passion in coaching, mentoring, and solving problems;
• Well versed in Lean and Agile, particularly Scrum techniques and artifacts;
• Excitement in collaboration within and across your team’s boundaries. A geographically distributed, remote, and diverse environment is not an issue to you;
• Self-motivation and a can-do attitude, ability to work both individually and with other people from different parts of Swedbank;
• Experience working with Atlassian products (JIRA, Confluence) would be an advantage;
• Fluency in written and oral English.
