• Ensure systems can recover from failures, handle increased loads, and remain reliable.
• Write easy-to-read, update, and well-documented code following best practices.
• Work with various teams to ensure smooth integration and excellent user experiences.
• Guide junior engineers and promote a positive, collaborative engineering environment.

Skills required:

• Minimum 5 years of post-graduation work experience in backend development either in Go (Golang) or Java or both at the same time.
