SaaS Product Owner

We are seeking a dynamic Product Owner to join our team and lead the research & development of innovative software solutions with a strong emphasis on analytics.

The ideal candidate will have a passion for using technology to improve a business and have a strong background in product management, client facing software delivery & project Management.

Responsibilities include

1. Collaborate with key stakeholders, industry partners and internal teams, to gather requirements and understand business needs.
2. Act as liaison between the development team and stakeholders, ensuring alignment and effective communication.
3. Work closely with the Product Manager to define and communicate a clear product strategy that aligns with the company's goals and the market needs
4. Develop a product roadmap focusing on enhancing analytics capabilities to drive airline operations and business decisions.
5. Write detailed requirements & specifications, including User Story Acceptance Criteria and Non-functional Requirements
6. Serve as the voice of the customer internally: Understand the system users and the user experiences

Requirements:

1. Over 5+ years as a Product Owner / Product Management – delivering software solutions to clients within Financial Services ( Finance, Leasing and/or Financial Modelling background would be ideal) with degree in Computer Science, IT or related field.
2. Strong SaaS experience, working with complex software products and track record developing and/or launching products
3. Strong Client Implementation / Delivery background.
4. Experience working with a high-growth tech company or in banking/finance-related business areas
5. High attention to detail including effective customer communications and proven ability to manage multiple, competing priorities simultaneously
