📍 Location: Abu Dhabi

📅 Contract: 12 Months (Extendable)

We're looking for a passionate Backend Developer who thrives in delivering high-performance, scalable backend systems. If you're dedicated to clean architecture, performance tuning, and working in agile environments—this one's for you!

🔧 Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop backend systems for long-term maintainability and scalability
• Write and optimize complex SQL/PL-SQL scripts; performance tuning is a must
• Develop using .NET 4.0+, Blazor, and integrate with SOAP/JSON APIs
• Follow coding standards and perform unit testing and peer code reviews
• Work with Oracle databases, participate in enterprise application integration
• Apply software engineering best practices and agile methodologies like Scrum
• Document and maintain clean code, adhering to security and confidentiality standards

✅ Skills & Qualifications

• Strong understanding of OOP, design patterns, and system architecture
• Experience with Bitbucket and version control workflows
• Familiarity with UML, SOA, and EAI concepts
• Excellent communication in English (Arabic is a plus)
• Strong analytical, forecasting, and problem-solving abilities
• Flexible, self-motivated, and able to work under pressure
• Prior experience in health insurance domain is highly desirable
