What You’ll Do

  • Design and develop Android applications using Kotlin and Jetpack Compose
  • Apply architectural patterns such as MVP, MVVM, and Clean Architecture
  • Integrate applications with backend services via Retrofit and secure networking protocols
  • Manage application state using ViewModel and LiveData
  • Work with local data storage using Room
  • Handle dependency injection using Koin, Dagger, or Hilt
  • Develop and maintain CI/CD pipelines
  • Write unit and integration tests to ensure code quality
  • Collaborate effectively with distributed teams through code reviews and agile ceremonies
  • Support incident response and troubleshoot production issues

What We’re Looking For

  • 3+ years of experience in Android development using Kotlin
  • Strong knowledge of the Android ecosystem and libraries like Retrofit, Room, and Coroutines
  • Hands-on experience with Jetpack Compose and Android lifecycle management
  • Solid understanding of application modularization and dependency management
  • Familiarity with CI/CD best practices for mobile development
  • Proficiency in MVP, MVVM, and Clean Architecture
  • Understanding of mobile application security, including:
  • Secure data storage (e.g., EncryptedSharedPreferences, Keystore)
  • Secure networking (SSL Pinning, HTTPS)
  • Reverse engineering protection
  • User authentication & authorization
  • Experience working with version control systems (GitHub/GitLab)
  • Comfortable working in distributed teams and participating in collaborative processes
  • Very good English communication skills, both written and spoken
  • Team-oriented, patient, and open to knowledge sharing
