Role Summary

The Country Head will be responsible for overseeing all business activities in Lithuania, building strategic client relationships, driving growth, ensuring operational excellence and regulatory licensing procedures. You will represent the brand at the highest levels, collaborate across global teams, and build out a strong local presence in line with the company’s global vision.

Key Responsibilities

• Market Strategy & Leadership: Develop and execute Hytech's strategy in line with regional and global goals. Identify market trends, client needs, and emerging fintech opportunities.
• Client Engagement: Cultivate strong relationships with senior executives at CFD platforms, digital payment companies, and exchanges. Serve as a trusted advisor to clients on market entry, compliance, product expansion, and technology transformation.
• Business Development: Drive revenue growth through new client acquisition, upselling consulting services, and strategic partnerships. Identify and secure long-term opportunities across the fintech ecosystem.
• Operational Oversight: Lead the local consulting practice, ensuring high-quality project delivery, compliance with regulations, and efficient internal operations.
• Team Building: Recruit, manage, and mentor a high-performing local team of consultants, analysts, and support staff. Foster a collaborative, high-performance culture.
• Thought Leadership: Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and forums. Publish insights, white papers, and thought leadership pieces relevant to the fintech and trading sectors.
• Regulatory & Risk Management: Stay ahead of changes in local fintech regulations and compliance requirements. Ensure all services are delivered in a risk-aware and compliant manner.

Requirements

• 7+ years’ experience in fintech, financial services consulting, or a leadership role within CFD trading, payments, or exchange ecosystems.
• Strong knowledge of digital trading, payments infrastructure, and fintech regulatory environments.
• Demonstrated success in building and managing a P&L, leading teams, and driving business growth.
• Proven track record of working with C-level executives and delivering high-impact solutions.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to work in fast-moving, high-growth environments.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or related discipline. MBA or equivalent is a strong plus.
